Once underway, I will be monitoring your trip daily for any potential issues or delays so you can concentrate on the important stuff-making sure the beach lounger is faced the right way!

Once approved, I will share your final customized itinerary with you in PDF format and in a mobile itinerary app which I will invite you to download for easy access while traveling. Any changes needed along the way, I will update your app with the new info!

My proposals vary based on trip complexity and range from emails with recommended options to multipage, detailed itineraries. The proposal may include information about the accommodations, any exclusive amenities I offer, recommended tours and activities, and general logistics.

I charge a one-time nonrefundable trip design and planning fee for each trip. The fee covers a small portion of the many hours of work towards research and development of a custom itinerary. My clients find that my planning fees are lower than the added value I consistently provide through my expertise, amenities and unforgettable experiences! The planning fees varies per trip and is based upon the number of travelers, destinations and other factors. The minimum trip fee is $500. Your exact fee will be discussed at the beginning of the trip planning.
